The Customers will be able to choose, during the procedures of compilation of the order form to pay with:

  • Credit card
  • Paypal
  • Stripe

In any case, the contract will be concluded at the time of receipt by the customer of the confirmation for acceptance of Protoflash Concept Store s.r.l, without prejudice to the right of Protoflash Concept Store s.r.l to require the payments due, and to make the shipment only after payment is received, except in case of shipment cash on delivery. Protoflash reserves the right not to accept incomplete or not properly completed orders. If Protoflash does not execute the order due to the unavailability of the products ordered by the customer, Protoflash will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund any sums already paid by the latter for the unexecuted delivery. The prices of the products specified on the site are inclusive of taxes. In case of payment by credit card, Protoflash will charge the amount of the order only at the time of sending its acceptance of the order. The tax documentation for the ordered volumes will be issued by Protoflash at the time of payment completion.


Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at the physical location.

With Protoflash you receive your purchases directly at home and anywhere else you want.


  • Standard shipping: deliveries are made in 24/72h (excluding holidays) from shipment.

How to proceed with the shipment?

At the moment of the payment the necessary data for the invoicing and the delivery of the goods are requested. Please pay close attention when filling out the form with the data, correctly specifying the delivery address and telephone number. The courier will take care of the shipment of the goods to the address indicated, following a specific company policy in case of non-delivery due to the customer. In case of difficulty in identifying the address or absence of the person at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the person by phone for directions and arrangements for delivery.

Important things to remember:

specify precise address and the name of the recipient
specify cell phone number for any eventuality
pay attention to the possibility of a delivery notice issued by the courier.

Protoflash's returns policy allows, according to Legislative Decree 206/2005, to return the purchased item without having to specify the reason, within 14 working days from the delivery of the Product and to return the ordered volumes provided they are in the same state in which you received them.

Pursuant to art. 5 of the Decree, the Customer (if he/she qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art.1 letter b of the Decree) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the volumes ordered as long as they are in the same state in which he/she received them. This return can be made without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending an email to resi@smargiasso.com.

All returns must be authorized by Protoflash. Once this authorization has been received, the customer may return the product to the following address: Protoflash Concept Store s.r.l via Madonna dell'Olio 271 Aversa (CE) 81031

The shipping costs will be borne entirely by the customer, and will not be accepted packages in cash on delivery.

Once received the products and verified their integrity, if the volumes are not damaged and, in the case of sealed material the same have not been opened.

Protoflash will, as soon as possible and in any case in accordance with the terms and procedures provided for in this regard by art. 5 paragraph 7 of the Decree, to credit the customer the cost of the volumes returned, retaining, where necessary, the amount of any shipping charges not paid by the customer, which will remain permanently charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal can not be exercised by the customer in the event that the products purchased consist of sealed material, which has been opened by the customer or if the products are damaged.

Right of Refund:
The purchaser will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, of the full amount paid, in its original packaging and equipped with all its accessories, in accordance with the terms and procedures provided by D. Lgs. 21/2014 - implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights - entered into force on 14/6/2014.
